What size box will these jars with this lid fit into?: Hello, the size of a single jar is 2.75" x 3.0". The caps are 70mm diameter and add less than 0.5" to the overall height.

I'm unclear about whether the F217 liner comes with the cap. Can you clarify?: Yes, the 70/400 dome top does have a F217 liner. This liner does not seal the top of the jar once applied. It is simply inside the lid to make it look nicer and cleaner.
