I read response to questions by other customers about the diameter of the top of this jar and the response was consistently 38mm. So I bought 38 mm press seals and they do not fit in the cap and the cap will not screw on tightly (or straight) with this in. Now what to I do with these??: Due to the way the jar fits into a lip inside the cap, we do not recommend using a liner. A shrink wrap band would be the best option to seal this jar.
What is the best method to fill these? I tried using pipettes but the liquid lip balm was very hot and clogged up my pet after a while.: If you use a container with a pour spout, you should be able to pour the lip balm directly into the jar. Or use a metal spoon to spoon into the jars.
What is the best way to seal the jar? Do you happen to have a shrink wrap or other product that could seal something of this size?: We state for this product that the best shrink wrap size is 65 x 55.
what size labels would be used on these?: When determining label size we suggest you purchase the product prior to purchasing labels so you have the product in hand. This way you can judge exactly how you would like your label to be placed on your product. The dimensions of this jar are: 1.25"D x 5"C x .75"T.
