- Is this considered an all natural product? If not, what can I substitute to make it all natural?
- The ingredients can be considered derived from all-natural materials, but the beeswax has been refined and bleached. You can substitute the refined beeswax for Crafter's Choice™ Beeswax - Yellow Pastilles if you'd like.
- What can be substituted for the olive butter blend? Would coconut oil work or more of the shea butter?
- We would suggest subbing for another butter blend or a soft butter, such as shea, to keep the consistency similar. Additional oil may cause the lotion bars to be too soft.
- What can be used to replace/sub out the oatmeal- colloidal, as I have a dog allergic to oats?
- You can try using one of our milk powders, such as buttermilk or coconut milk powder.
- What can be submitted in place of the oatmeal-colloidal? I have a dog with allergies to oatmeal.Also can Carrot Seed, hemp seed or pumpkin seed oil be used, if I am making a double batch can I use one part of avocado oil and 1 part of one of the other oils?Thank you,
- You can use one of our m ilk powders such as coconut milk powder or buttermilk powder. Measurements may vary as colloidal oats are a slightly different consistency. Yes, any of those oils can be used.
- Could 2ml of pure Eucalyptus be added to this?
- Do you mean Eucalyptus Essential Oil? Each have a varied IFRA rating and our can be found on our site. Eucalyptus 80/82 can be used in pet care products up to 2.5%, while 80/85 can be used at a much higher rate. So it just depends what type of oil you are using.
