"I ordered 100 wicks along with 100 wick tabs. I received the tabs but only 6 wooden wicks but the sticker on it indicates it’s 100 as you can see in the photo. When you try to call them, you receive a automated message basically saying we’re busy, if you want to check on the status of an order, please email us. I don’t have time to wait on them to get things right. I will no longer use them if I don’t receive a response soon."

"These wicks are fantastic. Wood wicks need to be trimmed to 1/8 inch to stay lit - almost flushed with the wax. Not sure why people leave low ratings for user error but I'm hoping that mine will help others. I appreciate the free shipping and lightning fast delivery!"

How do I get my wood wicks to start burning? Thank you, Angela: You would need to Trim wick to 1/8" to 3/16 before burning, And after each burn you have to trim the wick.
